    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Some of what you will do:</strong></span></p><p><span>The Inventory Control (IC) Supervisor is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, integrity, and operational efficiency within the Fulfillment Center. This role oversees all inventory-related processes including cycle counting, adjustments, transfers, reconciliation, returns, and inventory investigations while ensuring proper utilization of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), specifically Manhattan.</span></p><p><span>The IC Supervisor works closely with operations teams, inbound, outbound, and shipping teams to maintain optimal inventory health and minimize discrepancies across the facility.</span></p><p><span><strong>Specifically, You Will:</strong></span></p><p>Inventory Accuracy &amp; Control:</p><ul><li>Lead and supervise daily inventory control operations, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation activities.</li><li>Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.</li><li>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and shrinkage.</li><li>Ensure proper handling of returns, RTV (Return to Vendor), and damaged inventory.</li><li>Monitor inventory adjustments and ensure they are properly documented and approved.</li></ul><p>Warehouse Management System (WMS) – Manhattan:</p><ul><li>Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Manhattan WMS related to inventory transactions and controls.</li><li>Monitor system transactions including receiving, put-away, picking, transfers, and adjustments.</li><li>Troubleshoot WMS inventory issues and coordinate with IT or system support teams when required.</li><li>Generate and analyze reports from WMS to track inventory health, discrepancies, and operational performance.</li></ul><p>Process Improvement &amp; Compliance:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement inventory control best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, reduce errors, and increase operational efficiency.</li></ul><p>Team Leadership:</p><ul><li>Supervise and coach Inventory Control associates and lead hands.</li><li>Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.</li><li>Coordinate with inbound, outbound, and operations supervisors to resolve inventory-related issues.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p>Reporting &amp; Analysis:</p><ul><li>Prepare regular inventory reports, variance reports, and root cause analysis.</li><li>Support management with data-driven insights to improve inventory performance.</li><li>Monitor key inventory KPIs such as inventory accuracy, shrinkage, cycle count completion, and adjustment trends.</li></ul><p><span><strong>Some of what you need:</strong></span></p><p><span>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</span></p><ul><li><span>3–5 years of experience in Inventory Control or Warehouse Operations.</span></li><li><span>1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse environment.</span></li><li><span>Strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Manhattan WMS.</span></li><li><span>Experience with cycle counting, reconciliation, and inventory audits.</span></li><li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.</span></li><li><span>Strong communication and leadership abilities.</span></li></ul><p><span>Key Skills:</span></p><ul><li><span>Inventory management &amp; accuracy control</span></li><li><span>Manhattan WMS expertise</span></li><li><span>Root cause analysis</span></li><li><span>Data analysis and reporting</span></li><li><span>Team leadership &amp; coaching</span></li><li><span>Process improvement</span></li><li><span>Cross-functional collaboration</span></li></ul><p><span>Performance Metrics:</span></p><ul><li><span>Inventory accuracy rate</span></li><li><span>Cycle count completion &amp; compliance</span></li><li><span>Inventory variance reduction</span></li><li><span>RTV and returns processing efficiency</span></li><li><span>Operational support and issue resolution&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Some of what you will get:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Associate discount</span></li><li><span>Health and Dental benefits</span></li><li><span>RRSP/DPSP</span></li><li><span>Performance bonuses</span></li><li><span>Learning &amp; Development programs</span></li><li><span>And more...</span></li></ul><p><span>#BringYourPassion</span></p><p><span><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p>",
