    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Job Overview</span></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This position performs a variety of labor and customer service functions in various sub-</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">departments within the Arts, Agriculture and Education Department.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">· Assist in the set-up, maintenance, and tear down of exhibits.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">· Perform manual labor involved in the installation of exhibits and interactives.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">· Clean and maintain exhibits, which may include using tools and equipment.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">· Assist with family activities.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">· Interact with guests to provide accurate information and assistance to ensure guests have<span> </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">an enjoyable experience.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">· Keep abreast of information to answer questions and concerns with timely and<span> </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">knowledgeable responses in person or on the phone.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">· Practice good physical work methods, utilize good work habits, and meet established<span> </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">production standards.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">· Wear proper personal protective equipment (e.g., gloves, googles) and maintain a safe work<span> </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">environment.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">· Perform other related duties as assigned or requested when needed.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">· </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Engage with fair guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
