As a Functional Family Therapist, you’ll bring powerful, evidence-based care directly into the homes of families, helping them build stronger connections and create lasting change.  You’ll lead engaging, one-hour weekly sessions using the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model, working with adolescents ages 10–18 and their families to navigate challenges, improve communication, and unlock their strengths. Provides information and referral  services to appropriate individuals and agencies as needs identified.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conducts immediate intervention including supportive counseling to patient/family/significant other in dealing with impact of an emergency situation. Completes all documentation in the patient record accurately and timely. </li>\n <li>Provide educational in services to the community as requested.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Consistently utilizes a holistic approach considering psych/social, physical, spiritual, educational, safety and related criteria approach to the age of the patient. Participates in the development of the plan of care and attends department team meetings. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains current licensure with specific board. Completes all continuing education and follows Ethics Code specific to the discipline.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology or related fields is required</li>\n <li>Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited school is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of two years in a Behavorial Health setting  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Licenses/Certifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver's license is required</li>\n <li>LMSWIA, LMSIL, LISWIA, MHCIA, MHCIL, LMFTIA, or LMFTIL is preferred</li>\n</ul>",
