    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>FlexStaff is looking for a Sterile Processing Supervisor at our facility in Bethpage, NY. This is a permanent, full-time position with a schedule of <i><strong>10 PM to 6 AM, 5 days per week, 37.5 hours per week with rotating weekends and holidays.</strong></i></p><p>In this role, you'll supervise and coordinate a team of 15 in the hospital’s sterilization process.</p><p><strong>Ideal candidates should possess:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 72px;\"><li>An associate degree</li><li>Current Registered Central Supply Technician Certification</li><li>Relevant experience, including supervisory experience</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 72px;\"><li>Lead and train team members to achieve sterile processing goals.</li><li>Schedule and assign tasks to team members and supervise operations in decontamination and sterile work areas.</li><li>Inspect case cart requisitions for accuracy and coordinate the transport of carts to necessary facilities.</li><li>Maintain inventory and stock levels.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of sterilization activities.</li><li>Monitor the application of proper techniques during instrumentation processing, preparation, and packaging.</li></ul><p>If you’re ready to take on this leadership role, we’d love to hear from you!</p><p>*Additional Salary Detail</p><p>The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
