We ensure quality, affordability, and efficiency by controlling the full supply chain, from product design and manufacturing to optical lens production and digital experience.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are looking for a strong, hands-on, and highly analytical <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Director of Finance</span> to lead core accounting and finance operations in a fast-paced, high-scale e-commerce environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support and oversee the company’s accounting and finance operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, excellence, and timely delivery.</li>\n<li>Ensure all consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with US-GAAP and SEC guidelines, ensuring IPO-readiness all time.</li>\n<li>Use data analysis to strategically forecast financial trends.</li>\n<li>Provide an analytical overview of monthly P&amp;L and BS.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and mentor the Controllers team, providing close professional guidance, support, and development</li>\n<li>Oversee Israeli and U.S. tax reporting and compliance</li>\n<li>Manage all Sales Tax matters, including filings, audits, and ongoing compliance requirements</li>\n<li>Oversee federal and state tax reporting requirements in the U.S.</li>\n<li>Support and coordinate relationships with external auditors and advisors</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Legal, HR, Product &amp; Operation to streamline workflows.</li>\n<li>Lead all payroll-related processes and support payroll budgeting and workforce planning</li>\n<li>Manage commission calculations and related financial processes</li>\n<li>Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders to drive execution and improve financial processes</li>\n<li>Proactively support and drive ad-hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>9 + years of experience in finance, with at least 3+ years in managing teams.</li>\n<li>CPA from a big-4 firm.</li>\n<li>Business partner with commercial insights and overview.</li>\n<li>Leading skills.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and attention to details.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidations, and close processes</li>\n<li>Extensive experience with U.S. and Israeli tax compliance</li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of Sales Tax and U.S. state and federal reporting requirements</li>\n<li>Experience in high-scale e-commerce companies - strong advantage</li>\n<li>Motivation and multi-tasking skills with a problem-solving attitude.</li>\n<li>Team oriented and have confidence in dealing with people at all levels within the organization.</li>\n<li>Responsible and deadline oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.</li>\n<li>Ability to lead complex processes from conception to completion with minimal supervision</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both orally and written.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong accounting knowledge of US GAAP - Must.    </li>\n<li>Excellent English level (Written &amp; Spoken) - Must.</li>\n<li>Excellent Excel skills - Must.</li>\n<li>Experienced in Inventory closing process – An advantage.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Located in Ramat HaChayal, Tel Aviv</span></p>",
