ServiceNow</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Provide quarterly strategic planning support and consolidate support requests</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Create and maintain updates of executive PowerPoint presentations</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Chair meetings, take &amp; distribute minutes to all team members and stakeholders</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Chair and organize Community of Practice lunch and learns</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Chair scrum/agile ceremonies within the Platform Engineering teams</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Monitor service dashboards and keep Technology Business Partners apprised of any emerging issues as they arise that may impact customers</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Assist in quality engineering tasks as needed</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Collaborate with Technology Delivery Partners in the management of release management tickets</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Consolidate and manage team confluence pages</span></li></ul><p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p><ul><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Strong practical familiarity with generative AI tools—specifically Microsoft Copilot and Gemini and Claude —including prompt engineering basics and a clear understanding of their corporate capabilities and limitations</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Previous experience working in a technology solution environment is an asset&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is an asset&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams is an asset&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Experience with JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow is an asset</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Self-driven, able to move tasks &amp; requests forward independently and with personal accountability&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Detail-oriented team player and excellent collaborator, able to both lead &amp;
