Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.</p><p><br></p><p>As the Facilities Technician II, you will be responsible for performing maintenance on assigned properties to keep them free from safety hazards and ensure they are kept in aesthetically pleasing condition. This position is responsible for responding to maintenance calls and concerns.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE</strong></p><ul><li>Focus on aesthetics of a property or group of properties.</li><li>Grounds/parking lot clean up.</li><li>Verifies all lighting systems are operating properly.</li><li>Attention to detail on cleanliness of entrances of tenant suites/spaces.</li><li>Perform routine checks/sign offs of fire extinguishers and exit/emergency lights within the property(s).</li><li>Snow/ice removal as necessary.</li><li>Identifying any potential safety hazards on a property or group of properties.</li><li>Maintaining landscapes/hardscapes within the property(s).</li><li>Support for other Maintenance Technicians when necessary.</li><li>Responsible for the cleanliness of the shop/working areas.</li><li>Takes on work orders from tenants within a property or group of properties.</li><li>Deals directly with tenants on building issues or issues within their leased space(s).</li><li>Communicates issues with their respective manager.</li><li>Takes direction from their manager on daily tasks/initiatives.</li><li>Responsible for the general maintenance and orderliness of the property HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities and lighting systems, including inspections and repairs.</li><li>Maintains inventory/organization of commonly used parts and equipment.</li><li>Participates in 24/7 on call rotation for tenant needs and emergencies including after hour calls.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>GHG24</p>",
