    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p>1. &nbsp; &nbsp;Education: &nbsp;Graduate of an accredited college or university with at least a master&rsquo;s degree in &nbsp;social work.<br id=\"isPasted\"><br>2. &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience: &nbsp;Previous healthcare experience as a Bachelor&rsquo;s Level Therapist in a behavioral health setting. &nbsp;Must have completed hospital and unit orientation period in order to act as a team leader. &nbsp; &nbsp;<br><br>3. &nbsp; &nbsp;Skills: &nbsp;Successful Completion of: &nbsp;Job Description Competency Tool. &nbsp;The therapist must possess effective communication skills and must demonstrate leadership ability and interest in professional growth. &nbsp;Must be readily adaptable to changing physician demands, without deterioration under stress; and must have a basic concept of budgeting, scheduling, and counseling. &nbsp;The therapist must possess demonstrated knowledge, training and skills necessary and appropriate to the patient-specific population. &nbsp;Therapist must be able to set priorities and effectively delegate/coordinate interdisciplinary care based on the needs of the patient, census, staffing and unit needs. &nbsp;Ability to function with minimum supervision and interface appropriately with health team. &nbsp;<br><br>4. &nbsp; &nbsp;Performance &amp; Competency: &nbsp;Must successfully demonstrate competency in field and work environment on a continuous basis&mdash;including age-specific competencies, clinical competencies and organization-wide competencies such as fire, infection control, emergencies, etc.). &nbsp;Performance will be measured and routinely evaluated with clinical administrative staff as required. &nbsp;<br><br><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; 5. &nbsp; &nbsp;Safety Sensitive: &nbsp; YES<br>In the interest of protecting the health and safety of all patients, associates, and guests, Unity Health has classified some positions as &ldquo;safety sensitive.&rdquo; &nbsp;A &ldquo;safety sensitive&rdquo; position is any job position in which impaired performance could result in harm to the health and/or safety of self or others.
