We are a career destination with over 6,000 colleagues who reflect the diversity of our community. </p>\n<p> TMH is the region’s healthcare leader and top provider of advanced care with a 772-bed acute care hospital and the region’s only:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Level II Trauma Center</li>\n <li>Primary Stroke Center</li>\n <li>Level III Neonatal Intensive Care</li>\n <li>Pediatric Intensive Care</li>\n <li>The most advanced cancer, heart and vascular, orthopedic & surgery programs in the Panhandle.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our system also includes a psychiatric hospital, multiple specialty care centers, six residency programs and more than 50 affiliated physician practices.</p>\n<h2>HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Role: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversees and manages construction and/or remodeling projects throughout the TMH Campus in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations. </li>\n <li>Maintains Above Ceiling Permit Program, Preconstruction Risk Assessment, hot work permits, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reports To</strong>: Exec Dir/Facilities</p>\n<p><strong>Supervises</strong>: None.</p>\n<h2>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; Human Resources may substitute directly related professional experience for required education on a 1:1 basis.</p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education: </strong>None.</p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Five (5) years of maintenance or construction management experience.</li>\n <li>Five (5) years of experience with CMS, Joint Commission, AHCA, and/or NPFA compliance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong> Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare facilities or construction management role.</p>\n<p><strong>Required Certification/License/Registry:</strong> None.</p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Certification/License/Registry:</strong> None.</p>\n<h2>-</h2>\n<p><em>Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
