The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience developing secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions using <strong>Microsoft Power Apps</strong>, <strong>SharePoint</strong> platforms, with direct support experience in a law enforcement or national security environment.</p><ul><li>Design, build, and deploy custom applications using <strong>Power Apps </strong>and automate workflows with <strong>Power Automate</strong>.</li><li>Architect secure and scalable solutions in <strong>SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premise</strong>, including custom lists, libraries, forms, and approval workflows.</li></ul><ul><li>Integrate Power Apps and SharePoint solutions with ServiceNow and other law enforcement systems using <strong>Power Platform connectors, APIs, and web services</strong>.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure solutions meet <strong>DoD and federal compliance standards</strong> including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CJIS, and agency-specific IT security controls.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and end-users from law enforcement agencies to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</li><li>Provide documentation, user training, and technical support for deployed solutions in classified and unclassified environments.</li></ul>",
