    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Lab Supervisor - CLS - West Hills, CA, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>This position plans, organizes, schedules, and directs the work of the section in order to effectively maximize employee, equipment, and material utilization within budgetary constraints while adhering to quality technical standards.&nbsp; Provides direct on-site supervision of specimen workflow, test performance, quality, compliance, and associated documentation to adhere to the department and company policies and procedures.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Pay range: $106,040.00 - $180,180.00 / year</strong></p>\n<p>Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
