If who we are and what we do resonates with you, we invite you to join our high-performance team!\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>Performs economic research and studies of rates of return, depreciation and investments | Analyzes profit-and-loss income statements and prepares reports and recommendations to management | Generates forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance and other areas of business | Researches economic progressions to assist the organization's financial planning | Creates financial models of \"what if\" scenarios for future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development, new marketing strategies, etc. | cash management/forecast | and Excel and Power BI skillset. *We are on a 9/80 schedule (9 hour days Monday - Thursday, alternating Fridays off, opposite Fridays 8 hour days.)\n<h2>Impact of the Role</h2>\n<h3>General Profile</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines </li>\n <li>Solves complex problems </li>\n <li>Works independently, receives minimal guidance</li>\n <li>May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives </li>\n <li>Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience</li>\n <li>Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Essential Functions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conducts quantitative analyses of information affecting budgets, expenses, and other financial projects of public or private institutions </li>\n <li>Collects and analyzes financial information for assigned accounts, products or product lines, or business units in order to track the organization's progress against financial goals. </li>\n <li>Reports current or expected financial performance and creates financial models to guide decision making. </li>\n <li>Analyzes cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments to make recommendations for action and/or modifications regarding financial procedures, plans, and controls. </li>\n <li>Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements. </li>\n <ul>\n  <h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Required education and experience:</strong> Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience</li>\n  </ul>\n  <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Preferred education and experience:</strong> Bachelor's Degree</li>\n   <li><strong>Discipline/Major:</strong> Accounting, Finance or Business preferred</li>\n   <li><strong>Knowledge, skills & abilities:</strong> Oral and written communication skills. Analytical thinking skills. Statistical knowledge. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines.</li>\n  </ul>\n  <h2>Physical Requirements</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.</li>\n   <li>Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.</li>\n  </ul>\n  <h2>Travel Requirements</h2>No or very little travel likely.\n  <h2>Pay Range (USD)</h2>$100,889.00 - $136,500.00\n  <h2>Pay Transparency Statement</h2>The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process.\n  <h2>Additional Compensation</h2>Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company’s Gain Sharing Program.\n  <h2>Benefits</h2>Employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and basic life insurance as well as pre-tax spending accounts.
