Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for farm infrastructure, equipment, utilities, and operational assets. Drive automation, mechanization, instrumentation, and technology adoption initiatives to improve operational efficiency and asset reliability. Lead the implementation of modern irrigation control systems, monitoring technologies, and precision agriculture infrastructure. Establish risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate engineering, operational, and project-related risks. Promote a strong culture of health, safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability throughout all engineering activities. Lead, mentor, and develop engineering and project management teams to drive performance, succession planning, and continuous improvement. Prepare regular project, risk, quality, budget, and performance reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Postgraduate qualification in Engineering Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred. Professional certifications in Project Management, Engineering Management, PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
