The ideal candidate will be a team player who is highly motivated with a strong work ethic. This position requires someone who is dependable, self-motivated, enjoys challenging projects, and possesses a desire to be a part of a successful construction team. Experience managing heavy highway construction projects is a must. A successful candidate will show an ability to manage multiple tasks and possesses strong interpersonal/communication skills. We are looking for a talented candidate who is excited about this industry, confident and articulate, and has a passion for delivering excellence.</p><p><strong>Project Management</strong></p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Plan and formulate civil construction projects according to project requirements and engineering standards</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Effectively manage project budget and ensure project meets projected/required margins, submit accurate and timely cost and income projections for project, and appropriately act on changes in project margins and budget variances to ensure project profitability</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop project schedule and update on a regular basis with realistic timetable for future work items</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure overall project quality control, including review of project designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements and related specifications</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure all site operations adhere to Company and site safety policies and protocols, Incident and Injury Free protocols are followed, and behaviors and culture are instilled at all levels on the project</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Create and maintain all project-related documentation and correspondence.
