This role works alongside senior plumbers to learn best practices while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local codes and company standards. The Junior Plumber assists with rough-ins, trim-outs, and fixture installations, contributes to high-quality craftsmanship, and develops technical skills in a custom home environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. Hours are typically <strong>7:00 AM- 3:30 PM</strong> with <strong>overtime expected during peak periods</strong>. This position earns a <strong>competitive wage</strong>, depending on experience.
