    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Us</span></p>\n<p>An award-winning global healthcare solutions provider, ID Medical is dedicated to connecting and supporting the Healthcare Professionals and Organisations who take care of our health every day.</p>\n<p>We are a fast-growing organisation working closely with healthcare providers across the United States.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SUMMARY OF ROLE</span></p>\n<p>Matching and coding invoices, prepare suggested payment runs, reconciling supplier statements.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily processing of purchase invoices to include confirmation of agreed contract costs, coding and posting to Navision</li>\n<li>Admin management of the queries on Manage Engine</li>\n<li>To liaise with UK staff and accommodation suppliers to resolve queries</li>\n<li>To answer calls of suppliers queries efficiently</li>\n<li>Maintain good relationship with suppliers</li>\n<li>Processing Weekly and Same day payment runs</li>\n<li>To offer assistance to Senior Purchase Ledger as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OUTCOMES, TARGETS &amp; KPIs ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ROLE</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prompt Processing of data, from the receipt of the invoice to payment</li>\n<li>Accurate data entry, goal of 100% include correcting using the correct codes and cost centres.</li>\n<li>Decrease Daily Payable Outstanding (DPO) by speeding approvals</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors in commerce required (Masters would be preferred)</li>\n<li>One year experience in Accounts Payable, or two years experience in Finance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Location - Kharadi, Pune</p>\n<p>Shift - UK Shift </p>\n<p>Transport - home pick up &amp; drop (Up to 20 KMs)</p>\n<p>Benefits - PF, Mediclaim</p>",
