Apply today!</span></p><!--EndFragment--><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">&nbsp;</span><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Under the direct supervision of the Equipment/Facilities Maintenance Group Leader, the Equipment Maintenance Mechanic position is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of the CNC machinery and equipment.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:</span></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Assemble and install machinery and equipment to include wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing and programming to meet specifications.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Study blueprints and manufacturers&rsquo; manuals to determine correct installation and operation of machinery and equipment.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Prepare requisition for parts and materials needed to perform the job and record parts and materials used.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Analyze test results, machine error messages and information obtained from operators to identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems. Repair or replace defective parts and reassemble machinery and equipment.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions using voltmeters and other testing devices.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment including cleaning, lubricating and adjusting parts to be certain that the machinery and equipment continue to run smoothly. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif;
