This includes overseeing the implementation of changes to the Automation systems, updating design documents, executing testing, and troubleshooting events. We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Spearheads the Automation team through activities, such as code configuration within several process areas</li>\n <li>Leads the development for various specification documents (e.g., user requirements specification (URS), functional specification (FS), design qualification (DQ), etc.)</li>\n <li>Leads the development of various test protocols and functional testing documents (e.g., installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), etc.)</li>\n <li>Plans and implements the technical direction</li>\n <li>Leads teams through Automation changes and Tech Transfers</li>\n <li>Makes complex decisions across Automation systems</li>\n <li>Contributes to Automation system hardware and software designs</li>\n <li>Collaborates with other departments, such as Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Validation</li>\n <li>Conducts training and presents information to team or other stakeholders</li>\n <li>Performs other duties, as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Personal ownership and proactive collaboration with external business partners and internal stakeholders</li>\n <li>Effective communication, both written and oral</li>\n <li>Advanced problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively present complex information to others</li>\n <li>Ability to provide feedback to others, including leaders</li>\n <li>Ability to remain up to date on regulatory and quality requirements for manufacturing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field</li>\n <li>8 years of Automation, Instrumentation & Controls, or other relevant technical experience</li>\n <li>Master’s degree in technical field of study relevant to Automation or Instrumentation & Controls with 6+ years of Automation experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<p>Will work in environment which may necessitate respiratory protection X No YesMay work in Mechanical/Production spaces that may require hearing protection and enrollment in a hearing conservation program.
