A</span><span> Field Service Representative provides front line </span><span>logistics</span><span> and technical support throughout all phases of MCTIS supported training events</span><span>.</span><span> FSRs are the backbone of the support team</span><span> and </span><span>provide classes and instruction on each aspect of the MCTIS system. During equipment </span><span>issue</span><span>, the FSR provides the bulk of the </span><span>workforce</span><span> issuing equipment and </span><span>trains</span><span> attendees </span><span>to </span><span>properly integrate the MCTIS training system with their normal equipment. During </span><span>training events</span><span>, the FSRs form Contact Teams that </span><span>assist</span><span> with emergent equipment issues, battery exchanges, troubleshooting, and </span><span>additional</span> <span>equipment.</span></span><span style=\"color: #202124; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #202124; font-size: 16px\"><span>Reports to contract Site Lead in all matters concerning operational support to MCTIS at the fielded location and assigned Deploy-for-Training activities.</span></span><span style=\"color: #202124; font-size: 16px\"> </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #202124; font-size: 16px\"><span>Issue equipment on site </span><span>in accordance with</span><span> the support plan. </span></span><span style=\"color: #202124;
