SiteWORX is a total site development company located in Lebanon, Ohio.  We specialize in mass excavation, underground utilities and concrete for large residential, commercial and public projects. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will be doing:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Contributing to a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform preventive maintenance services on heavy equipment and trucks.</span></li>\n<li><span>Diagnose and repair heavy equipment and trucks located at our shop or on jobsites located in the Greater Cincinnati region. The Fleet consists of  late model Caterpillar, John Deere, and Komatsu heavy equipment, along with Ford and Peterbilt trucks.</span></li>\n<li><span>Light metal fabricating and welding.</span></li>\n<li><span>Properly fill out repair tickets describing the work performed and parts used.</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicate with the service coordinator about the status of services and repairs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications for this position:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experienced in diagnosis and repair of heavy equipment and trucks in the following areas:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Engine, Hydraulics, Driveline components, Undercarriages, Fuel Systems, Emissions systems, Electrical and wiring.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span>Detail Oriented, thorough with all work tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span>Problem solving skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Organizational skills - Service truck and work area clean and organized.</span></li>\n<li><span>Self-Motivated – Fast paced can do attitude.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ethical – Always doing the right thing and telling the truth.</span></li>\n<li><span>Reliable – Great attendance and willingness to do whatever is needed to keep the fleet productive.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>3 years’ service mechanic experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Broad mechanical knowledge</span></li>\n<li><span>Good computer skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must Haves for this position:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Valid driver’s license</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be able to meet physical demands of the position; ability to lift over 50 pounds, walk on uneven surfaces, stand for periods of time, bending, kneeling and work in all weather conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must pass a Pre-Employment drug screening and Randoms as we are a Drug Free Workplace.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why choose SiteWORX:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Privately owned company with a Family Atmosphere.</span></li>\n<li><span>We are Cincinnati’s leading total site development contractor.</span></li>\n<li><span>We make a heavy investment in tools and equipment to make our team the most comfortable, productive &amp; safest in the business.
