    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Scrum Leader to join our FUND AND IS CLIENT PLATFORM team. This role is located in Pune.</p><p><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Champion agile methodologies within the Scrum team by demonstrating expertise in agile practices and facilitating team adherence to agile principles.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide guidance and support to the team and product owner by leveraging your experience to ensure successful project delivery and high-quality outcomes.&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders by actively promoting transparency and open dialogue.&nbsp;</li><li>Address all facets of the agile development process by serving the business, product owner, team, and individuals, ensuring alignment and effective execution of project goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Support agile transformation initiatives within BNY by aligning team efforts with the organization's strategic pillars and principles.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) is preferred.</li><li>10 -14 years of experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and support Scrum teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Expertise in agile methodologies and practices to drive project success and team improvement.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to facilitate collaboration and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>",
