Reporting to the Lead Artist, you will collaborate with a team of artists and creative professionals to develop engaging thumbnails that drive clicks, increase audience engagement, and support channel growth.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The ideal candidate has exceptional illustration skills, a strong understanding of YouTube culture and audience behavior, and a passion for creating cute, expressive Chibi-style artwork. You will be involved throughout the entire creative process, from concept development and sketching to final execution, including both 2D illustration and paint-overs of 3D models.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Create finished 2D illustrations in a cute, Chibi-inspired art style.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Paint over and composite existing 3D models to create dynamic thumbnail artwork.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
