In this role, you will act as a trusted technical partner—diagnosing and resolving issues onsite and remotely, stabilizing and improving client environments, and documenting solutions that the whole team can leverage. You’ll work across desktops, laptops, peripherals, servers, and common business applications; coordinate with teammates and vendors; and help translate business needs into practical, secure IT solutions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">onsite/remote support</span> for endpoints, peripherals, servers, and common business apps; ensure stable day-to-day operations.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Install, configure, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade</span> hardware/software to optimize performance; perform malware/spyware cleanup.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Own tickets end-to-end</span>: triage, prioritize to SLA, resolve or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">escalate</span> appropriately, and keep users informed.</li>\n<li>Apply <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">system analysis</span> to define hardware/software/functional requirements and recommend practical solutions.</li>\n<li>Provide <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">clear user training</span> and create quick reference guides to reduce repeat issues.</li>\n<li>Create and update documentation</li>\n<li>Help <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">coordinate the service board</span> workflow (priorities, escalations) and uphold documentation/quality standards.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaborate</span> with internal teams and vendors to drive timely, durable fixes.</li>\n<li>Participate in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">after-hours/on-call</span> monitoring and support as scheduled.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Maintain current skills/certifications</span>, share knowledge with the team, and follow security/safety best practices.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned to support client outcomes and team effectiveness.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications/Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field) <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">or</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3–4 years</span> of equivalent, hands-on IT experience.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Networking Expertise:</span> Demonstrated knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">firewalls, switches, and wireless</span> technologies (configuration, troubleshooting, and support).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Execution Under Pressure:</span> Proven ability to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">prioritize and execute</span> tasks in a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">high-pressure, SLA-driven</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shift Hours:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary</li>\n<li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n<li>Professional development and training opportunities</li>\n<li>PTO and holiday schedule</li>\n<li>401(k) with company</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span><br>At Century Solutions Group, we value innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
