    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>The Senior Organizational Change Analyst/Consultant plays a pivotal role in leading and managing large-scale OCM initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role involves applying advanced OCM theories and models to develop comprehensive change management plans, conducting in-depth stakeholder analyses, and assessing the impact of proposed changes. The Senior Analyst/Consultant collaborates with executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective change implementation. This position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive successful organizational change.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>*This position requires candidates to reside within a 50-mile radius of Scott Air Force Base (Scott AFB), IL, as you will be required on-site 3 days a week for recurring meetings.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead efforts to analyze data sources, identify the best sources for stakeholder information, and establish and maintain relationships with key points of contact</li>\n <li>Develop relationships with stakeholders and has a working knowledge of the organization's business operations, objectives, and industry context to align change initiatives with strategic goals</li>\n <li>Analyze the impact of proposed changes on various aspects of the organization, including processes, systems, culture, and people</li>\n <li>Execute a plan to collect and update stakeholder information, establish mechanisms to collect feedback for ensuring ongoing data accuracy and relevance, and adjust plan for effective change management strategy</li>\n <li>Coordinate with the client and other Organizational Change Management (OCM) representatives to ensure stakeholder information is consistently reviewed and updated</li>\n <li>Assist in articulating requirements for the Stakeholder Management Tool to aligns with the needs of the stakeholders</li>\n <li>Support the development, testing, and training activities related to the stakeholder management tool and coordinate with training specialist to develop training objectives in meeting OCM needs</li>\n <li>Support OCM process and oversee development of OCM plans and other project deliverables: roadmap, communications plan, training plan, strategy, etc.</li>\n <li>Helps to identify and support key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the change initiative</li>\n <li>Tracks progress and provide regular reports to leadership and stakeholders</li>\n <li>Supports pre and post-implementation surveys and the data collection, analysis, and reporting of results</li>\n <li>Ensure tool compliance with Government data categorization and protection standards</li>\n <li>Apply OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin's Change Management Model) to develop and implement OCM assessments and strategies</li>\n <li>Work with training specialists to define training objectives and support the delivery of tailored training programs for stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience in organizational change management, consulting, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives</li>\n <li>Federal Consulting experience</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey the purpose and benefits of change, as well as to engage and influence stakeholders effectively</li>\n <li>Understanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-step Model, Lewin's Change Management Model)</li>\n <li>Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback, identifying trends, and making recommendations to refine OCM strategies.
