About the role We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in the NOLA region (based in Ciudad de Mexico) with a proven track record in B2B sales—ideally within a SaaS environment—to join Simetrik and help accelerate our revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and strategic seller who excels at negotiating and closing complex enterprise deals. You are someone who can confidently manage sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a well-structured and healthy pipeline. Beyond closing new business, you proactively identify and drive additional revenue opportunities within the existing customer base through cross-selling and upselling. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are highly self-motivated, and feel comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and prospective clients. Conduct regular in-person client visits, ensuring consistent on-site engagement and relationship building.} Proactively identify and capitalize on additional revenue opportunities within the existing customer base through cross-selling and upselling. Minimum qualifications B2B SaaS sales experience in the NOLA region (based in Ciudad de Mexico). Strong overall sales expertise. Proven ability to collaborate, persuade, and negotiate large enterprise deals. Ability to effectively manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. A true “closer” with a track record of leading complex deals involving multiple stakeholders. Highly self-motivated, with a strong drive for continuous growth and improvement. Comfortable working with cross-functional and remote teams. Fluency in written and spoken English. Startup experience is a plus.
