Support covers the full range of functions required to plan, develop, coordinate and manage the JTO training program to include courseware development and world-wide formal academic training and joint exercise support to support joint, allied and coalition air and ground forces in the employment of JTO Interface capabilities. Annually conduct approximately 30 Joint/U.S. Training Courses (CONUS and OCONUS) producing approximately 2000 graduates, and 30 Allied Training Courses (OCONUS) producing approximately 500 graduates for 10 allied nations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>General Skillset</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Microsoft Office</li><li>Verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to work both collaboratively and individually</li><li>Critical Thinking Skills</li><li>Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed</li></ul><p><strong>Specific Skillset</strong></p><ul><li>Develop curriculum, conduct instruction, and maintain JID courses</li><li>Liaison with operational Combatant Commander staffs for exercise planning and preparation.</li><li>Prepare or review OPTASK LINK messages for use in JTO exercises.</li><li>Assist in selection, modification, or request of Link 16 networks to support JTO exercises.</li><li>Perform analysis of multi-TDL architecture performance and institute changes based on observations.</li><li>Coordinate with development and acquisition agencies for procurement of, and evaluate JICO automated tools.</li><li>Maintain configuration management of the JICO automated tools.</li><li>Represent JID at joint and combined interoperability working groups.</li><li>Provide course planning and administration, which includes development and maintenance of schedules, scheduling hands-on field training, student briefs, handouts and administrative documents, and student notification processes.</li><li>Develop, instruct, revise, and maintain JID course materials.</li><li>Perform curriculum reviews, courseware development, and multimedia enhancements, especially in an electronic classroom.</li><li>Support world-wide deployed mobile training team requirements.</li></ul>",
