          "text": "<p>What our <em>Production Supervisor - Beverage</em><em>&#xa0;</em>will do:</p><ul><li>Supervises plant personnel and ensures a safe working environment.</li><li>Monitors equipment and production schedule to exceed efficiencies, reduce waste and maintain production standards quality.</li><li>Responsible for tracking and improving downtime and cleanup/changeover processes.</li><li>Inputs, analyzes and communicates quality control data.</li><li>Observes and enforces safety, GMPs, and Food safety programs and attends appropriate training sessions.</li><li>Ensure reporting and communication is frequent and accurate as required</li><li>Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel involved in or directly relevant to a logistics activity.</li><li>Develop an understanding of customers' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met.</li><li>Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse work group.</li><li>Performs other duties as required.</li></ul>",

This position will work year-round to ensure that juicing and bottling production is optimized and production is maintained with high quality standards.
