Also requires cleaning of physical surroundings.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Responsible for organization and cleanliness of food storage areas and walk-in coolers&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other duties as requests, such as moving supplies and equipment, putting away product deliveries, recycling cardboard and dispensing of trash, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe workplace as determined by industry and resort standards&nbsp;</li><li>Sort soiled dishes and flatware so that it can be put through dish machine properly&nbsp;</li><li>Wash all ware and replace in storage areas as designated.
