Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Repair and installation of all plumbing related equipment</li>\n <li>Service and maintain grease traps</li>\n <li>Service oil/gas separators</li>\n <li>Responsible for the completion of all PM and record keeping assigned to his/her areas of responsibility</li>\n <li>Submit as required plumber’s reports for all work done</li>\n <li>Responding to tenant requests for repair of toilet/restroom facilities, cleaning of stopped drains and sewer lines requiring the use of motorized equipment</li>\n <li>Respond to emergencies at any time</li>\n <li>Ensure that safe working conditions are being maintained in all areas under his/her control</li>\n <li>Install plumbing and piping systems during all phases of construction</li>\n <li>Install new construction plumbing and piping systems including but not limited to sewer, domestic water, fuel gas, storm sewer, roof drains and medical gas.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>State issued Journeyman’s license or other proof of having Journeyman level skill/certification and a Backflow Prevention Certification preferred or ability to get certified within 6 months from hire.</li>\n <li>Five or more years’ experience, at a Journeyman level, working plumbing trade in commercial and industrial environment</li>\n <li>Proven in-depth knowledge of related building codes, regulations and ordinances</li>\n <li>Proven ability to effectively read, interpret and work from plans and drawings</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal & customer service skills</li>\n <li>Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the MVR requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#Mesa #LI-Mesa #LI-HVACjobs #LI-Onsite  </p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
