We are committed to fostering a fair and merit-based workplace.</p>\n<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist potential customers who call the Catering Hotline; make recommendations that are within customer’s budget while increasing sales. </li>\n <li>Exhibit proficiency in Dickey’s menu choices and catering styles.</li>\n <li>Communicate offerings to customers in a consultative manner and close sales.</li>\n <li>Follow through with all catering sales and leads.</li>\n <li>Call, Quote, and Email all leads within 24 hours of submission of inquiry date.</li>\n <li>Update dashboard with updated statuses.</li>\n <li>Follow up with guest on quotes.</li>\n <li>Follow up with franchise owner regarding orders confirming readiness.</li>\n <li>Report daily/weekly sale/lead generation updates.</li>\n <li>Call and/or email all follow ups</li>\n <li>This role is part-time</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Prerequisites:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts that include some nights and weekends</li>\n <li>Exemplary phone persona</li>\n <li>High customer service skills</li>\n <li>High attention to detail</li>\n <li>This role is part-time</li>\n</ul>",
