Documentation and billing for services exhibit an understanding of requirements and ethical practice.</p>\n<p>Manages resources to maintain efficient and effective operations.</p>\n<p>Demonstrates initiative to improve quality and maximize patient experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Professionalism and Personal Development:</strong></p>\n<p>Demonstrates professionalism and personal growth in daily actions.</p>\n<p>Promotes professional rehabilitation objectives among interdisciplinary team members.</p>\n<p>Consistently utilizes a holistic approach (considering physical, psych/social, spiritual, educational, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served in the assigned service area).</p>\n<p>Participates in process improvement for enhancement of care delivery and clinical excellence.</p>\n<p>Fosters professional relationships that offer opportunities for enhanced patient access and care delivery.</p>\n<p>Exhibits flexibility with assignments including hours of operation to meet business and customer needs.</p>\n<p>Exhibits willingness to accept and learn new skills.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<p>Graduated from an accredited program in respective field.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<p>Experience in specialty area preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>License(s)/Certification(s):</strong></p>\n<p>Current Iowa license as a PT. Current BLS (CPR).</p>\n<p>Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:</strong></p>\n<p>Must be able to communicate effectively with people of diverse professional,</p>\n<p>educational and lifestyle backgrounds. Knowledge of basic computer skills.</p>\n<p>Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred.</p>\n<p><strong>Other: </strong></p>\n<p>Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.</p>",
