With over 140 bankers globally, the team supports clients across North and South America, Europe, and Asia.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>POSITION:</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>We are seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to join our Medical Technology team. The ideal candidate will be a first- or second-year Vice President with prior healthcare investment banking experience in MedTech or related sectors.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Lead the execution of sell-side and buy-side M&amp;A, equity and debt financings, restructuring and recapitalization, and strategic advisory transactions</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to operate as project / deal team lead, driving the work product and transaction processes</span></li>\n <li><span>Build and drive financial operating models and valuation models – discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, pro forma merger, accretion / dilution, precedent transaction, and comparable companies’ analyses</span></li>\n <li><span>Analyze detailed corporate and financial information. Conduct due diligence as well as industry and product</span></li>\n <li><span>Prepare and participate in the delivery of client presentations</span></li>\n <li><span>Oversee preparation of pitch books and live deal materials, including offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations and prospectuses</span></li>\n <li><span>Attend and participate in client meetings and contribute to building and maintaining client relationships.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Work on several projects simultaneously, collaborating with teams of professionals, both within the group and across the firm, including with product partners such as bankers in our Equity Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, Leveraged Finance, Private Capital Advisory, and Restructuring teams, collaborating to develop and execute solutions to meet client needs.&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Either (i) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university AND 6+ years of Investment Banking experience (or equivalent experience) or (ii) MBA degree (or equivalent graduate degree) from an accredited college or university AND 3+ years of Investment Banking experience; ideally in the Medical Technology sector</span></li>\n <li><span>Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously</span></li>\n <li><span>Resourceful self-starter; able to work autonomously and a team player</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent interpersonal skills as well as technical, written and verbal communication skills</span></li>\n <li><span>Currently based in New York, or willing to relocate</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Salary: $270,000</p>\n<p>#LI-DNI</p>",
