Success in this role will require two foundational skillsets:  </p>\n<p>Someone with demonstrated process and change management expertise. You have transformed S&OP processes successfully and are seeking to build a best-in-class process from scratch.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Someone with deep familiarity with SAP’s IBP planning toolset and intuition about how to use it to maximize value for the organization.  </p>\n<p>This person will also be responsible for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The candidate will serve as the primary bridge between business functions and technical teams, designing best-in-class SIOP processes and translating them into best-in-class IBP solutions – the candidate will need to collaborate cross functionally! The results that this leader will be expected to deliver are improved forecast accuracy and bias, increased inventory turns, and greater factory compliance. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p>\n<p><strong>Process Transformation & Leadership:</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the design and adoption of best-in-class IBP processes using SAP IBP, including Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Inventory Management, and Supply Planning </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Design solutions that support made-to-stock, made-to-order, and engineer-to-order manufacturing models.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner closely with the teams who manage deployment execution  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Design planning areas, key figures, master data types, and time profiles </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Champion for continuous improvement, identifying functional and process-related opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the entire supply chain  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop an integrated top-down and bottom-up demand planning model aligned with business strategy </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Translate business requirements into scalable models Development</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create and implement demand planning playbooks and SOPs </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Standardize processes across business units to ensure consistency and scalability </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead workshops and training sessions by preparing all required content to embed best practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with stakeholders across IT, senior leadership, and SIOP cross-functional teams (e.g., Demand Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Inventory Optimization, etc.)  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with IT leaders on the planning and execution of technical solutions within IBP and other vendor tools, including blueprinting, driving change, testing, and go-live activities </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct regular syn meetings with key stakeholders to provide status updates, align priorities, and ensure transparency throughout project execution </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and present proposed solutions to generate organizational alignment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Technical & Functional Expertise:</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deep understanding of statistical forecasting methods and algorithms</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to analyze complex datasets, identify trends and inefficiencies, and translate insights into actionable strategies </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Robust subject matter expertise for all IBP modules and SIOP processes  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Hands-on experience in integration with external data sources </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Are Looking For</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>At least five (5) years of SAP IBP software</strong> experience with participation in all phases of at least three (3) SAP Supply Chain/IBP implementations/SIOP process focus, with a minimum of two (2) in a lead role</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>At least eight (8) years of relevant S&OP process transformation experience</strong>, with a focus on SAP IBP /APO / ePPDS / AATP in a professional services environment</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Expert in S4 HANA, SAP IBP </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>APICS, CPIM or CSCP certification </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills at senior management and C-levels</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Five (5) years of experience in using SAP IBP, driving continuous improvement with SIOP through its core modules (S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working in or supporting manufacturing environments, with a understanding of production planning, shop floor operations, and manufacturing KPIs </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>A track record of successfully driving change management and continuous improvement initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired The base salary range for this position is $135,200 to $177,450 and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education.
