This isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to grow your skills, expand your expertise, and make a real impact in a dynamic and rewarding environment.</p>\n<p><strong>Project Details:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Site: CNRL Albian</li>\n <li>Shift/Rotation: Long-Term Maintenance Work - 14/14 Rotation, 11.5 hour shifts at Straight Time</li>\n <li>Camp Accommodations & FIFO from all major local city hubs in Canada provided</li>\n <li>Start Date: Immediate</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Install insulation materials, such as foam, fiberglass, or mineral wool, to prevent heat transfer, reduce energy consumption, or control sound.</li>\n <li>Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas.</li>\n <li>Secure insulation in place using appropriate fasteners and adhesives.</li>\n <li>Regularly inspect insulation for signs of wear, damage, or degradation.</li>\n <li>Replace or repair insulation that has become compromised.</li>\n <li>Recommend and implement improvements or upgrades to enhance insulation performance.</li>\n <li>Consult with clients or project managers to determine insulation needs based on factors like temperature requirements, acoustic considerations, or electrical insulation needs.</li>\n <li>Provide recommendations on the most suitable insulation materials and techniques for different environments.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with construction or maintenance teams to ensure proper installation according to specifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Journeyman Insulator or equivalent hours required</li>\n <li>IRATA Level 1 required, or willingness to obtain.
