Implement and assure adherence to processes associated with project controls and change <br>management.<br><br><strong>Client Relationship Management:</strong><br>1. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.<br>2. Conduct regular client meetings to provide project updates and address concerns.<br>3. Ensure client satisfaction and seek opportunities for additional work.<br><br><strong>Team Leadership:</strong><br>1. Assemble project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.<br>2. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and <br>safety standards.<br>3. Mentor and develop junior project management staff.<br>4. Develop and maintain good working relationships with associated Building Trades and labor representatives supporting the projects.<br><br><strong>Safety and Quality Assurance:</strong><br>1. Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on project sites, ensuring compliance with safety <br>regulations and company policies.<br>2. Implement and enforce quality control processes to meet project specifications.<br>3. Lead incident investigations and develop corrective action plans.<br><br><strong>Financial Management:</strong><br>1. Manage project budgets and financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and <br>profitability analysis.<br>2. Monitor and control project expenses and optimize resource allocation.<br>3. Review and approve project invoices and change orders.<br>Risk Management:<br>1.
