This position will be responsible for creating practical, developer-focused content from labs and tutorials to videos and instructor led sessions.</p>\n<h2>What We're Looking For</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain developer-focused training content, including hands-on labs, tutorials, videos, presentations, and assessments.</li>\n <li>Deliver cloud training sessions to developers and technical audiences, both virtually and in-person.</li>\n <li>Translate complex cloud concepts into clear, engaging, and outcome-driven learning experiences.</li>\n <li>Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to ensure training is interactive and effective.</li>\n <li>Keep all training materials up to date with the latest cloud features, services, and best practices.</li>\n <li>Manage course content in the 360Learning LMS (or similar) — publishing, reporting, and analyzing engagement.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), engineers, and architects to validate technical accuracy.</li>\n <li>Contribute to a growing knowledge base of reusable content, templates, and training standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency with cloud-native development, DevOps, or infrastructure-as-code concepts.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to be comfortable delivering live and recorded training.</li>\n <li>Understanding of instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, or Agile learning design).</li>\n <li>Ability to collaborate with developers and architects to ensure technical accuracy.</li>\n <li>Experience managing content end-to-end, from design and development to delivery and reporting.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of learning analytics, content versioning, and course performance tracking.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to create structured learning content that simplifies complex technical concepts.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education & Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Education, or in a related field, or equivalent work experience.</li>\n <li>Minimum Required: 2+ years of experience in technical content development, training delivery, or developer education.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Licenses & Credentials</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred: Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, CompTIA Cloud+, ISC2 Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and CSA Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Systems & Technology</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI) and data dashboards.</li>\n <li>Optional exposure to generative AI tools for learning content creation and code-based lab generation.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of LMS platforms and learning delivery tools (e.g., 360Learning, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, or similar).</li>\n <li>Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code tools.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.</li>\n <li>Basic scripting or coding familiarity (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for lab automation or demos.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-LL!</p>\n<h2>About Stifel</h2>\n<p>Stifel is more than 130 years old and still thinking like a start-up.
