Description

Overview The Area Office Coordinator (AOC) plays a vital role in supporting the operational success of multiple Care Hospice Locations within the Northeast Region. This will include, but is not limited to, our South Atlantic Area, which includes Legacy Hospice (Charlottesville, Fishersville, Fredricksburg, Harrisonburg, Newport News, Virginia Beach, Richmond, and Winchester, VA), and our Mid-Atlantic Area, which includes Hospice of New Jersey (Bloomfield, NJ), Holisticare Hospice (Reading & Wayne, PA and Atlantic City, Red Bank, & Toms River, NJ), and Lighthouse Hospice (Cherry Hill, NJ). The Area Office Coordinator (AOC) provides leadership, training, and guidance to administrative teams; supports payroll, billing, and documentation processes; and helps optimize systems and workflows across locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional who enjoys mentoring others, analyzing processes, and contributing to high-quality hospice care. ***While this position is remote, the successful candidate must be comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time to support assigned locations, attend meetings, and build strong partnerships with operational leaders. It is strongly preferred that the candidate live in the Area they are supporting - NJ, PA, or VA. Ability to take initiative, set priorities, multitask, and organize work. Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented. $50,000 - $64,000 per year (Average Pay Range).
