This role ensures all utensils, cookware, and equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored while supporting kitchen operations and upholding safety standards.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Wash, sanitize, and maintain all kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and cookware</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, storage areas, and garbage disposal</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist culinary staff with basic support as needed</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor and report maintenance needs for kitchen equipment</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Support inventory management for cleaning supplies, chemicals, and utensils</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with setup and breakdown of kitchen and service areas</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow all company policies and procedures</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must be at least 21 years of age</p></li>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent required</p></li>\n <li><p>Previous experience in kitchen stewarding or sanitation a plus</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.</p></li>\n <li><p>Attention to detail and organizational skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors</p></li>\n <li><p>Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
