The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of real estate transactional matters including, sales and acquisitions, office, retail and industrial leasing and experience representing lenders and borrowers in loan transactions. In addition, familiarity with corporate governance, business structuring, and general business transactional matters is desired. Candidates must have excellent research, writing, communication and analytical skills and be prepared to work hard and assume significant responsibility. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a diverse range of clients in real estate, finance, and business sectors.</p><p>New Jersey bar admission required. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated lawyer with good academic credentials and an unwavering commitment to excellence and client service.</p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Provide legal counsel and strategic advice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, development, and finance transactions.</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, such as purchase and, lease and financing documentation, and corporate organizational and transactional documents.</li><li>Advise clients on a variety of real estate transactional matters</li><li>Have a general understanding of entity formation, corporate governance and related governing documents.</li><li>Ability to draft and negotiate a variety of contracts and other legal documentation for commercial transactions.</li><li>Ability to manage due diligence for real estate and corporate transactions including the review of contracts, title documentation, surveys and miscellaneous financial documents.</li><li>Collaborate with clients, outside counsel, and other professionals (e.g., brokers, lenders, and tax advisors) to ensure smooth and effective deal execution.</li><li>Support clients in resolving disputes and issues arising in real estate, corporate, or general business contexts.</li><li>Stay current with developments in commercial real estate, and related corporate matters.</li></ul><p><strong><u>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</li><li>Active license to practice law in New Jersey.</li><li>Strong work ethic and initative.</li><li>3-7 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
