Ensures all assets of the department, equipment, supplies and storage are properly locked and secured.</li><li>Manages relationships, contracts, compliance, and interface issues with the operation’s business supporters and suppliers to ensure business needs and financial responsibilities are handled in a timely manner</li><li>Performs other related activities as required.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The salary rate for this role is between $70,304 to $72,000 yearly based on experience</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school graduate or equivalent.</li><li>3-5+Years of engineering experience in hotels or related industry.</li><li>3-5+Years of managerial in the same or similar environment.</li><li>EPA – OSHA 10-30 – CPO certifications.</li><li>HVAC – Electrical – plumbing specific.</li><li>Project management experience.</li><li>Ability to write and speak English to comprehend and communicate job functions to engineering staff.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Flexible Schedule.</li></ul><p>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
