    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Building Maintenance Technician. The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of building assets. This position is also responsible for  basic maintenance and organization to ensure that facilities and equipment are in good condition at all times for customers and employees. Enterprise Mobility and its affiliates offer extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, as well as travel management and other transportation services, to make travel easier and more convenient for customers.  </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and accounted for nearly $38 billion in revenue through a network of more than 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>The Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services including but not limited to:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Routine general maintenance and repair work such as light electrical, plumbing, painting, carpet/floor cleaning, and snow and ice removal</li>\n <li>Timely completion of work orders generated by call-in requests or preventive maintenance schedule</li>\n <li>Perform duties of the company’s preventative maintenance program</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot general problems</li>\n <li>Move items as needed (i.e. furniture, file cabinets, boxes, artwork etc.)</li>\n <li>Delivery of office and building supplies</li>\n <li>Small appliance and equipment installation (pressure washers, air compressors, etc…)</li>\n <li>Working outside in all types of weather and temperatures and in a typical office environment</li>\n <li>Use a variety of equipment: a large assortment of vehicles (may include 15-passenger vans and airport buses), safety belts, 2-way radio or cellular phone, phone system, computer/tablet, printer, fax, cleaning tools and solutions</li>\n <li>Follow proper procedures to comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>We are looking for individuals with strong problem-solving and communication skills, who enjoy working with hands-on projects and providing excellent customer service. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>One year or more of hands-on general building maintenance experience is required. </li>\n <li>Must have HS Diploma/GED.</li>\n <li>Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 2 years</li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n <li>Experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is preferred.</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
