A project manager will find creative solutions to ensure our client’s satisfaction and earn repeat business.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB TITLE: Project Manager II</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REPORTS TO: Vice President, General Manager</span></span></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Serve as the primary point of contact with owners/clients, architects, trade partners, and other industry representatives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Lead project teams and delegate roles and responsibilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Develop and manage budgets, estimates, and proposals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Participate in trade partner and supplier selection;<span>  </span>draft, review, issue, and administer agreements and delegate as necessary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Ensure the profitability of assigned projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Review and maintain project plans/files; change orders, purchase orders, building permits and inspections, contingency budgets, and construction schedules</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Compose and submit monthly project reports </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Manage communication process with owners, architects, subcontractors, superintendents, and Graham management and staff before, during, and after a project </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Maintain compliance with the company safety policies, state and federal laws, OSHA, building codes, non-discrimination requirements, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Work with owner and architect to conduct punch list final inspections, oversee job clean-up, and ensure timely completion of required work items</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Develop great professional relationships in the industry/community to drive business for the organization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Attend Industry Association events such as AGC of Wisconsin, AIA, and others </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and Outlook </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Follow the Graham Core Process, including jobsite checklists </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">All other duties as assigned</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\"> <span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">What knowledge, skills, and abilities you’ll bring:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction engineering, civil engineering, or a related degree or equivalent experience </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">7+ years of related construction experience </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Preconstruction and estimating experience preferred </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Healthcare Construction experience preferred </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Great verbal and written communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Extremely detail-oriented</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Strong leadership skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63);
