They ensure we provide the best service and operate efficiently through establishing and driving adherence to Acumen best practices, processes, tools, and people systems across our field operations footprint. They manage the VPs of Regional Operations to these best practices and support them to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative reporting procedures and people systems in place to grow the organization while complying with all the legal and regulatory requirements.
