The Part-Time General Labourer (On-Call) is </span><span>responsible for the final stages of product manufactured before shipping to customers</span><span>. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package with career advancement opportunities.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Summary of Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Production line work, such as reworking, packing, and sorting parts  </span></li>\n<li><span>Assist and provide support to press operators with set up procedures  </span></li>\n<li><span>Support the maintenance, tooling, quality, and logistics departments  </span></li>\n<li><span>Perform quality checks and ensure product meets specifications  </span></li>\n<li><span>Utilize welding and grinding hand tools  </span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain &amp; improve housekeeping within work area  </span></li>\n<li><span>Other duties assigned by the management team  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualification:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>High School Diploma  </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to meet quota and standards by performing repetitive tasks</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to stand for long periods of time/ lift 23 kg (50 lbs)</span></li>\n<li><span>Able to work 3-shift model: Midnights, Days, Afternoons</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Mechanically inclined  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">The pay rate for this role is $19.28.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is the largest flat-rolled steel company and the largest iron ore pellet producer in North America.
