With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role description:</strong></p>\n<p><span>Arcadis is seeking a <strong>Structural Engineer</strong> to join our Climate Adaptation and Water Management Team in either Baton Rouge, or Metairie, Louisiana!&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>As a Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering engineering and consulting services for a variety of projects, including those focused on shoreline stability, flood risk reduction, and waterfront infrastructure resilience.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span>As a Structural Engineer, you will conduct structural analysis, design, and construction efforts for climate adaptation projects, including seismic risk reduction, flood mitigation, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span>Other responsibilities include:&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Contribute to a diverse range of projects, contributing to design development, evaluation of solutions, and construction implementation.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable structural solutions aligned with industry codes and standards.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Support project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion within established timelines.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Support business development, mentorship, and thought leadership as interested.</span></li>\n <li><span>Some travel may be required for project site visits, client meetings, safety audits, or general planning purposes depending on project staffing needs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<p><span><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>5 years of progressive related experience.</span></li>\n <li><span>Bachelor's degree in related discipline.</span></li>\n <li><span>PE License.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Master's degree in Structural Engineering from a reputable institution.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Progressive experience in structural engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects related to water management, flood control, and seismic resilience.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as STAAD, MathCAD, AutoCAD, and Revit.&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
