          "text": "<p><strong>Qualifications:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><strong>5+ years</strong>&#xa0;of professional automotive repair experience (A-level preferred)</li><li>Proven experience with&#xa0;<strong>vehicle programming, flashing, and module coding</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of&#xa0;<strong>automotive networks, electronics, and diagnostics</strong></li><li>Proficiency with OEM and aftermarket scan tools (factory tools a plus)</li><li>Ability to research service information and follow OEM programming protocols</li><li>ASE Certifications preferred (especially L1 or Electrical/Advanced Diagnostics)</li><li>Clean driving record and valid driver’s license</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds</li><li>Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head</li><li>Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair</li><li>Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools</li><li>Walk/stand for the majority of their workday</li><li>Drive manual transmissions vehicles</li><li>Efficiently navigate a computer</li></ul>",
