Deliveries will be within a 300 mile radius out of <strong>Topton, PA</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Average Potential First Year Starting Salary: $75,000 per year plus expenses paid</strong></p>\n<p><em>Salary ranges are determined by mileage, stops, and return products.</em></p>\n<p><strong>Plus a $2,500 Sign-On/Retention Bonus! </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>What seperates East Penn:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Run routes designed to get you <strong>home every weekend and potentially multiple times during the week</strong>.</li>\n <li>Assigned tractor - <strong>no slip seating</strong>.</li>\n <li>Paid expenses include meals, license and endorsement renewals, DOT medical card, company provided cell phone and safety equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Overnight travel required 3-5 nights per week.</strong></li>\n <li>Operate a diesel or gasoline powered straight van (up to 46,000 lbs GVW) or smaller vehicles when required.</li>\n <li>Deliver and pick up freight while engaging with customers to ensure outstanding service.</li>\n <li>Comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations, including hours of service and vehicle inspections.</li>\n <li>Accurately log hours using an electronic logging device (ELD).</li>\n <li>Conduct pre-trip, inter-trip, and post-trip inspections.</li>\n <li>Operate vehicles safely and legally, utilizing all onboard safety features.</li>\n <li>Complete company paperwork (manifests, bills of lading, claims, trip reports).</li>\n <li>Load/unload freight using electric pallet jacks, liftgates, or dry vans.</li>\n <li>All trips are scheduled with return loads.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Class “B” Commercial Driver’s License with Endorsements for Air Brakes and Hazmat (endorsements not required prior to employment but obtainment required during probationary period) Training provided.</li>\n <li>Literate with good communication and math skills.</li>\n <li>Customer focused professionalism. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>East Penn Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>East Penn offers excellent benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation</li>\n <li>Espenses, including meals, paid</li>\n <li>Paid on-the-job training</li>\n <li>Group insurance that includes medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage</li>\n <li>401K savings plan</li>\n <li>Life insurance </li>\n <li>9 paid holidays and 10 days of paid time off</li>\n <li>Employee assistance programs</li>\n <li>Fitness Discounts</li>\n <li>Promotional opportunities</li>\n</ul>",
