You will have the opportunity to be a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, utilizing Civil 3D software to develop engineered construction plans, collaborate with civil engineers, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality projects. This <strong>hybrid</strong> position is available in our <strong>Dover or New Castle, DE</strong> offices. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Utilizing Civil 3D Software</strong>: Creating construction plans, alignments, profiles, and grading features to produce engineered designs.</li>\n <li><strong>Collaborating with Project Teams:</strong> Working alongside civil engineers, project leaders, and other team members to develop and refine engineering designs.</li>\n <li><strong>Design and Planning:</strong> Designing site layouts, stormwater management systems, grading plans, and infrastructure for both private and public-sector clients.</li>\n <li><strong>Project Coordination:</strong> Leading project meetings with internal staff, clients, and agencies to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li><strong>Ensuring Compliance:</strong> Following client and internal design standards and procedures to deliver high-quality, accurate designs.</li>\n <li><strong>Problem Solving and Innovation:</strong> Applying creative and innovative solutions to meet the engineering needs of each project.</li>\n <li><strong>Career Growth:</strong> Developing expertise in the site/civil design field while contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth and success in the market.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.</li>\n <li>2+ years of related experience.</li>\n <li>Engineering Intern (EI) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) license required.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>Following an offer, candidates will be required to satisfactorily complete employment reference checks, verification of professional licensure and/or educational credentials, a motor vehicle report (MVR), and a comprehensive background check.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Move Forward with Kleinfelder:</strong> Kleinfelder and its’ subsidiaries and affiliates, has been connecting great people to the best work since 1961.
