Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.</span></p><p><span>You will bridge strategy to execution and blend operational management of product requirements and releases with value-added capabilities ensuring product features are delivered comprehensively in alignment with CI&amp;A product strategy and objectives.&nbsp; You will be responsible for effectively managing key dependencies, communicating issues, and allocating resources to the highest priorities.&nbsp; Success in this role requires strong collaboration and communication with other product and technology partners.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p><span><strong>Job responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery</span></li><li><span>Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience</span></li><li><span>Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers</span></li><li><span>Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle</span></li><li><span>Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Partner with the quads to implement features by facilitating technical and non-technical discussions.</span></li><li><span>Partner with QA teams on end-to-end testing, perform user acceptance testing and post production implementation validation.</span></li><li><span>Facilitate problem solving and prioritization across teams, factoring in tradeoffs between speed, scalability, quality and wider business readiness.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrate and support dissemination of bets practices for product management, product development, release management and users support.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area</span></li><li><span>Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle</span></li><li><span>Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition</span></li><li><span>Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy</span></li><li><span>Experience in tools supporting agile software development, issue tracking and project management, such as Jira, Figma and/or similar industry tools.</span></li><li><span>Proven record of delivering impactful product demonstrations.</span></li><li><span>Experience managing and delivering projects following software development lifecycle from inception to production.</span></li><li><span>Industry specific knowledge and experience in the areas of Authentication, Authorization and Identify lifecycle management.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Hands-on experience working with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect framework.</span></li><li><span>Some experience with API based products.</span></li><li><span>AWS certification is a plus.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
