While this summary provides the basic duties of this position, warehouse employees may be asked to cross-train and assist in other areas.</p><p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Prepare customer orders for delivery by accurately locating and picking products from warehouse shelves.</li><li>Replenish pick areas by looking up SKU inventory and ensuring product rotation meets company standards.</li><li>Wrap individual orders for transport and stage them for verification by the order auditor.</li><li>Conduct required equipment inspections prior to use and follow all company safety rules.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, working to minimize breakage and repack damaged products.</li><li>Fill orders based on Softeon system instructions and access order details using handheld scanners.</li><li>Fix incorrect pallets as needed and prepare pallets with shrink wrap for transport.</li><li>Keep good rotation procedures and check vintages of product</li><li>Rotate all product according to manufacturer specifications.</li><li>Complete assigned training, seminars, and classes, and assist in other areas as needed.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring overall efficiency of all warehouse operations.</li><li>Crosstrain in other areas of warehouse operation and warehouse responsibilities as needed.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u><strong>Equipment</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ol><li>Keep the company equipment in 1st class condition with special care given to vehicle’s brakes, tires, fuel, fluids, and safety equipment.</li><li>Report all equipment problems promptly.</li><li>Report accidents to your supervisor and office immediately after they occur.</li></ol><p><u><strong>Company Objectives</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ol><li>Be supportive of all company objectives.</li><li>Keep your supervisor and management aware of stock supply.</li><li>Keep good clean attitude towards working environment.</li></ol>",
